2. Description of Service
RankRocket Page Factory provides SEO-optimized page generation services. We create custom pages based on your business information, host them on Vercel, and provide ongoing support and maintenance based on your subscription tier.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not use another person's account without permission
4. Subscription and Payment
Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and billed annually
- Prices may change with 30 days notice for renewals
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once page generation has begun. If you are unsatisfied before generation starts, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
5. Delivery and Revisions
- We guarantee delivery within 7 business days of strategy approval
- Each subscription includes 1 round of strategy revisions
- Additional revision rounds may be purchased separately
- Content issues are addressed within 48-72 hours of reporting
6. Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of all business information, brand assets, and other materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.
Generated Content
Upon full payment, you own all rights to the pages we generate for you, including the written content, structure, and design implementations.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Spread false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
- Compete directly with our service using our generated content
8. Hosting and Availability
- Pages are hosted on Vercel infrastructure
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
- We are not liable for third-party service disruptions
- Custom domains require proper DNS configuration
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankRocket Page Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SEO RESULTS, SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your generated pages may be taken offline within 30 days of termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
